Cloning Tool Preview: Can it be turned off?

it's cool feature, preview, cannot precisely see part i'm trying fixit's covered preview. i'm wondering if there way turn off "feature".

the point of preview see not re covering replacing! can turned off in preferences. , if lower opacity of clone tool preview allow see through well.

not there logic seeing under going clone in area gone , can move brush out of way see there?

missing filename after '-o'
