Help With PS Cs4 GPU Problem Can't see photo

i have problem graphics card acceleration. detects video card when enabled it, , go open photo, photo opens can't see no photo. can see i'm zooming in , out of photo nothing, thing see gray. nothing more. , when close ps, , open again tells me go manufacturer's site update latest drivers. , have installed latest same problem.
i hope guys can me out...

contact nvidia - need updated drivers, , may not have posted fixes model card , os yet.
