installed cs4 production premium month ago. went file--automate--pdf presentation , missing. should have read forums before got cs4! confidently went photoshop c3 extended , started series of pdf presentation document builds. 1 page "documents" went fine. had 2 multi-page documents. go thru menus ok , see page page presentation during document build , no error. come find out, multi-page files have proper "name.pdf" have file size of zero. never happened prior installing cs4. q1. did installation of cs4 remove function installed photoshop cs3? q2. happened photoshop cs3 plug-ins? don't see way listing in cs4. maybe missed function removal cs3 cs4 ever described in "what's new in cs4" documentation? >what happened photoshop cs3 plug-ins? don't see way >get listing in cs4 as discussed many times: several features have been moved bridge, others still available via optional install content disc. >did installation of cs4 remove function

i received error message after downloading standard adobe cs4 windows trail here @ adobe.com. installation completes , after launching cs4 receive message. "this product has has encountered problem requires restart computer before can launched. if continue see message after restarting computer, please contact either adminastrator or adobe technical support help, , mention error code shown @ bottom of screen. error: 147:20 http://www.adobe.com/support/" i'm unsure of root of error is, tried looking through forums, calling adobe, , searching internets cannot find whatsoever. restarted computer various times, uninstalled , reinstalled , nothing... in addition, download came other programs such "adobe media encoder cs4" , "adobe extension manager cs4" when launch gives me same exact error message stated above. what should try next? all appreciated. thanks. -jon 130 :: xx through 150 :: xx errors related install database , licensing sub-sy

this question may have been asked before not find in forum. i have few plugins installed in cs3 now. need manually reinstall of them when upgrade cs4? thanks hi, i'm assuming asking 3rd party plug-ins. most need reinstall each version; depends on how installed it. may need check 3rd party license , activation. you can opt install ps plug-in folder given version, or install location outside of ps , point directory in ps preferences (see preferences> plug-ins> additional plug-ins folder). if went former route reinstall cs4. if went later, check preference option , point folder. btw, don't move whole cs3 plug-ins directory on cs4 because set shipped ps rebuilt , put copies cs3 not compatible cs4 directory. hallo zusammen, ich muss sagen, ich bin sehr frisch dabei die programmierung und handhabung von arduino und zusätzlicher hardware bin. ich lese einem arduino 2 temperatur - sensoren aus und übermittel diese sensordaten per funk einen anderen arduino (ich verwende 2 nanos) ich versende die messwerte (spannungswert) und ermittelt dann enpfänger die temperatur mittels steinhart-formel. das ergebnis(  float temperatur) schreibe ich dann auf das tft display. das funktioniert auch soweit ganz gut und stabil, mein problem ist, dass wenn ich das display nicht jedes mal lösche und den wert neu schreiben  lasse, die werte immer überschrieben werden. ist ein bisschen doof wenn er immer überschreibt und der alte wert noch drunter steht :-) 2 mal wertänderung, und schon erkennt man nichts mehr..... vielleicht  hat ja jemand eine gute idee. schöne grüße michael hi, was ist es denn für ein display? ich bin auch recht neu und muss das display zuvor immer "löschen&qu

hi all, i've set raspberry pi screen , getting bright greenish lines on right-hand side of screen , little rainbow box in top corner. i've attached photo. lines aren't thick in photo. they're thin , close phone doesn't pick them well. set red , black wires between pi , screen suggested in setup. better if used different power setup? this can't fixed. have ask seller replacement. can attach picture showing standard background? looks strange @ left side (as per picture green lines @ 6 o'clock position) raspberrypi

the subject line says all. saved selection, or alpha channel created 1 of regular channels, appears, example, light element in dark surround. when alpha channel converted selection (using symbol @ base of channels panel) , applied layer mask, tones inverted , appear in layer mask dark element in light surround. mask must inverted again function properly. did not happen in cs3. note: went menu: select>load selection , loaded alpha channel. it, too, provided inverse version. tried again, time checking "inverse" box in select>load selection , re-inversed selection making correct. the problem seems reside in cs4 loading channel selection. automatically making inverse selection of alpha channel whether use symbol in channels, or access via menu. running mac g5. other open program bridge. same effect using mouse or wacom tablet. same effect in rgb or l*a*b. appreciate help. hi. i seem have problem saturation blending mode on ps cs3 i have image 2 layers. layer 1 @ bottom photo, layer 2 on top full color 100% saturation (ex. rgb 255,0,0) when selecting blending mode saturation colors of layer 1 should boost 100% saturation. in reality i've noticed not happen pixels. many pixels still retain original saturation. i've tried flattening image ths doesn't help. anybody can me? thanks willy i have same question posed willy. in book after book , tutorial after tutorial, resultant saturation advertised same top layer saturation @ same pixel site. not consistently so. how should saturation mode action re-stated conform observed results in cases? bonjour, je suis entrain de créer un boitier avec un raspberry pour récupérer l'image en hdmi d'une camera type cinéma afin de la transférer en temps réel sur un téléphone, tablette, ordinateur.. ect par wifi privée. je suis en possession d'un raspberry pi 3 et j'ai déjà programmé la wifi privée du raspberry. il me manque deux étapes encore. la première c'est de récupérer l'image de la camera par hdmi sur le raspberry grâce au module b101. qu'en pensez vous? la dernière étape est de transférer cette vidéo en temps réel sur le téléphone ou autre. je pensais utiliser vlc pour observer le streaming. néanmoins , je sais pas comment m'y prendre pour envoyer la vidéo en streaming par wifi. est ce que certains ont une idée sur la question? j'ai tenté de trouver des éléments de réponses sur internet mais je trouve principalement des sujets sur une camera de surveillance en temps réel qui transmet la vidéo par le réseau ( ethernet) ou u

i'm running photoshop cs4 on vista 4g ram. when working on relatively small picture (34m/69m), error when trying use quick select. message says "could not complete request because there not enough memory". not running other applications , allowing photoshop use 80% of ram. have 700g scratch disk. gives? fwiw, can second sense of being mystified behavior, (at least me) new cs4. i've got 4 gb of ram (running on vista), i've assigned separate internal disk (with 200 gb of empty space) scratch disk, yet when try use quick selection tool on not terribly large files (i'm looking @ bottom of screen says doc: 95.1m/261.9m) consistently "could not complete request because there not enough memory" error when use quick select tool. i've got cs4 set @ default 70% memory allocation, should not problem? adobe, out there listenting??? is possible use serial.available() or serial.read() inside isr? i have isr running timer interrupt. when condition met, want program halt until key pressed. i can halt program while(digital.read()==0) loop using hardware button, want wait serial input (a key pressed on keyboard). my attempt while(serial.available()==0) doesn't work inside isr; however, works fine in loop() or setup(). why? my initial guess interrupt priority serial functions low not sure. can tell me is? how can this? thanks you don't ever want freeze code in interrupt.  that's going bad idea.  interrupts should short, sweet, , fast fast fast.  in, quick, , out.  should never ever involve waiting around anything.  as why doesn't work, serial data relies on interrupts work.  interrupts not running while interrupt being serviced.  serial stuff can't happen there.  if can describe better you're trying accomplish , share code you're using, can give idea work.
