i'm recording action , want text centred horizontally. won't it. pressing paragraph buttons shjoot text off side , seems based on intially type text in first place. must simplest thing on ps why won't text jump middle of photo? secondly i'm drawing selection around text (then filling black). there seems no way centralise selection box either. when run action on different sized photos box , text end in different places, separately. why , how can centralise selection too? select canvas (crtl+a) then, move tool activated, use alignment icons in options bar. yesterday default network printer have been using year disappeared list of available printers. brother mfc-7440n. asked system search network printers. found printer , recommended brother print drivers (specifically older device - mfc-7225n). when go print test page, fails. complains cannot find printer in question. tells me need check "enable" checkbox under policies tab. still fails print. when come , view "enable" checkbox, no longer checked. tried installing drivers device linux corner of brother web site (not easy find). did recommended preceding steps. install appeared successful. i'm not sure these drivers placed, or how ubuntu associate these printer in question. i'm not system administrator type, little frustrated. ideas can bottom of , network printer working again? don't know if driver issue, port issue, or what. don't know if best place this, but... got fed sound issues , uninstalled pulseaudio. sound works great now... but, volume applet missing. i've read posts suggest dragging applet onto panel... it's missing (i kinda figured expected destroying pulseaudio). there no applet in list has controlling volume. used python script this thread... , it's better nothing. however, i'd able 2 things. 1. click somewhere else make slider disappear (rather having click icon again), , 2. turn volume , down scroll wheel on mouse (the current iteration requires me click , drag). if can tell me either a) how load functional volume applet, or b) add python script give me added functions (as i'm python illiterate)... i'd greatful. i got same problem. have ideas? i'm attempting use tssp4038 , tsal6200 create infrared trip wire.  trip wire needs 16" across.  i've tried pulse emitter @ 38khz using tone() can't seem working correctly.  circuit sort of works if use continuous power emitter, can 7inches, i'm sure have set correctly.  i have 555 timer use well, i've never used 1 before , wanted test distance of trip wire first.  according data sheets should able 25 meters, think 1 , half feet should easy. does ambient sunlight/ceiling light make big difference?  other tips?  have found pretty limited information online, resource helpful. thanks. how driving emitter?  a schematic help.  you can have emitter inside tube shield ambient light make more directional.  same detector. hello, have run intermittent issue 7" rpi screen whereby unit not recognized @ startup if powered using micro-usb , both pi , screen powered on @ same moment (ie if power supply has on/off both). assume because screen may take second or power on perhaps? , in interim goes unrecognized pi? have tried setting boot_delay of 8 seconds in config, seems have made little less often, hasn't eliminated completely. problem goes away if power unit via gpio, setup makes less optimal due power needs. appreciate advice. thanks. i run pi , pi foundation screen same power source. no on off switch, plug in. no such issue here. mine 5v 10a power supply. max current rating of supply? raspberrypi

ante todo os agradezco de antemano vuestra ayuda. estoy con un proyecto y me trabado en éste punto y no consigo avanzar. he fabricado el dome (la cabeza) del robot bb88 de starwars y ahora estoy con la parte electrónica de dicho dome. tengo un modulo mp3 (dfplayer_mini) y un sensor de sonido conectados la vez en un arduino mega junto con un led, y lo que quiero conseguir es que cada vez que el modulo mp3 ejecute un sonido el sensor de sonido encienda y apague el led al ritmo del sonido para que parezca que el robot habla. el problema es que por separado funciona, es decir el modulo mp3 reproduce correctamente los sonidos y el sensor de sonido  hace "vibrar" el led cuando le hablo por el micro, pero en el momento en el que junto las dos cosas en el mismo codigo los sonidos se escuchan pero el led se enciende y se queda fijo. el codigo que estoy usando es el siguiente: code: [select] #include <softwareserial.h> #include <dfplayer_mini_mp3.h> int threshold
