i'm hoping can help. if open photoshop cs3 able drag image windows vista folder photoshop window , image opens in photoshop.

if go open dialog box within photoshop , select image cannot drag image main photoshop window must click on "open" button.

i have photographer friend says use able work way , reason no longer works. suspect wrong.

is normal or not working correctly.
