Getting Mambots/Plugins to work after javascript loads - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi, have problem can't seem wrap head around, in fact, i'm beginning doubt it's possible. however, forum full of mushy masses smarter mine, here goes:

i dynamically insert flickr photos content of page using flickr javascript. unfortunately, in china @ least, flickr farm urls blocked , photos wont display chinese visitors (unless they're running access flickr firefox plugin).

no problem, whip little mambot plugin switches out blocked urls ip address aren't. works smashingly on image urls hardcoded content. however, because mambot runs before javascript inserts blocked urls, remain unchanged.

is there way force mambot run after javascript in content? or alternate way i'm trying do?
