copied noobs_v2_1_0 4 gb sdcard list of files , directories :

defaults
os
overlays
bcm2708-rpi-b.dtb
bcm2708-rpi-b-plus.dtb
bcm2709-rpi-2-b.dtb
..... etc


, insert sd card rasberry pi , connect lg tv hdmi tv still showing no signal.

power , sdcard connected
mouse , keyboard not connected

you need determine of following applies.

1. rpi not booting. unlike pc, rpi doe snot produce video signal if not boot.

or

2. rpi booting there reason why nothing appearing on display.

there "not booting" sticky post, reading of should first action. find among first posts listed in both beginners , troubleshooting sections.
