Can you Ignore Embedded Digital File Info?

hello!

i'm trying figure out if there's way have photoshop ignore embedded informationspecifically in-camera rotation datawhen opens digital camera files. difficulty i'm having have action script opens files , saves them off use application. since photoshop recognizing embedded rotation information, take horizontal file, see in camera indicated should vertical file , it'll open in orientation (vertical). when photoshop saves file, has rotated file.

the other application using not recognize embedded information and, therefore, has conflict saved off photoshop files. results in application squishing vertical files horizontal space.

the set of files discovered cannon files, , cannon says there's no way strip file of info after shot taken (you can turn off in camera), i'm left trying see if ps can ignore data. assume same thing happening other digital cameras i've seen bit files variety of people.

any appreciated.

missing filename after '-o'
