Thread: using webcam - skype crashes

i start skype with:

bash -c 'ld_preload=/usr/lib/libv4l/v4l1compat.so skype'

when testing camera in options dialog in skype works fine, when trying use in call skype crashes , get:

*** glibc detected *** skype: malloc(): memory corruption: 0x0b240360 ***
segmentation fault

missing filename after '-o'
