File window content disappears in CS4

in addition lag time when dragging windows around, that's being discussed in other threads, i'm having problem. open file, if drag new position, content of picture disappears, showing desktop underneath. example here:

if click on tool, content comes back. drag again , content disappears.

of course, if turn off opengl features in prefs, behavior goes away (as of cool features continuous zoom, sharp @ zoom percentages, etc.).

vid car ati radeon x1950 pro newest drivers.

contact ati, still have bugs fix card.

missing filename after '-o'
