Newbie question about sharing code between frontend and backend - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

dear friends:

i'm learning develop component joomla. had little success developing component backend. it's simple: uploads file , jobs file.

now want put component in frontend, make available registered users. question source code. necesary duplicate code in foldes /administrator/components , /components. because  task same, suppose there must way call frontend backend scripts , reuse code.

i searched through tutorials, forum, etc, , finded nothing.

missing filename after '-o'
