CS3 won tlet me use it ????

hi installed photoshop cs3 extended when try , open it, says:-

you can not use product @ time. must repair problem unistalling , reinstalling product or contacting administrator or adobe customer support help.

i did said do. used unistaller rid of photoshop install again...still no success.

any help,

what other adobe products on system? did run cs3 clean script/ cs4 clean utility?
