Thread: filesystem check stuck

hello,

on bootup, automatic filesystem check ran, got stuck - no error msg. escaped exit filesystem check , seems fine, i'd know went wrong.

can manually run filesystem check again? through command line? i'm relative newbie, no command-line experience (yet). see other posts doing off cd, don't have cd hand.

i've seen command several times:

sudo touch /forcefsck

i've never used it. @ least have google search string

missing filename after '-o'
