Are these modules good for what I want to do?

hey guys. started using arduino , i'm not @ knowing each module doing. got list modules , appreciate if can tell me if can use them want or not.

i want able connect wifi network, navigate different web pages , read source code.

i want able rotate wheel using motor. maybe connect wheel door lock , when start motor key rotates , lock/unlock door. i'm not sure if motor doing since i'm not seeing part can rotate. dont know if has enough power that.

i want able put finger on led , give me pulse.

these modules i'm interested in , dont have.
