Thread: SiS 771/671 driver installation PROBLEM


sis 771/671 driver installation problem
upgrade 9.10 (and i'm new linux) , found old settings(hence driver) display of laptop gone...
tried hold of driver (from http://ncc-1701a.homelinux.net/~linux-sis/downloads/xorg-driver-sis671_0.9.tar.gz ) , tried install have itsy bitsy problem because install shows up(after writing ./autogen.sh --prefix=/usr):

i think has packages needed installed have no idea packages (or if i'm wrong... don't know going on ). can me please?

ps, sis horrible drivers free on wondows why not on linux
