Thread: USB Ubuntu 9.10 created GRUB on internal HD

i installed ubuntu 9.10 onto g2 usb stick. great.

except install put grub on internal hard drive of company owned computer. not boot without usb.


how remove grub internal hard drive?

next time, on last step of installer, can click "advanced options" , choose put grub (for example usb stick).

operating system on hard drive? if it's windows, believe can reinstall windows boot loader using windows install cd (never had since not big windows user).

moral of story careful work computer.

missing filename after '-o'
