Arduino as capacitance meter

hi all,
     i using arduino uno finding out through capacitance can measure more wide range of capacitance know.
     because link referred below, have mentioned can measure 10nf 100uf.
     the capacitance measured using analog comparator of atmega328.

  in link, using pic16f628a microcontroller having analog on chip comparator same atmega328p in arduino uno.
