Arduino IDE suddenly cannot find serial com port on MAC

it has been working months when serial com port not show on tools -> port.  have tried rebooting mac yosemite, reopening arduino ide, reinstalling ftdiusbserial_v2_3 driver, nothing works.  not problem usb port because connected usb mouse , mouse worked.

can give me pointers?  else can try?

it working after trying plugging & unplugging ftdi , uno usb cables many times.

missing filename after '-o'
