Photoshop CS4 Install Failure

cs4 won't install. fatal exception blue screen once begins installing adobe media player. error, once windows (vista 32-bit), reboots says following:

i've never had install problem before. have cs2 , cs3 still installed. installed administrator, per instructions, didn't seem matter. admin anyways. looked 3 files mentioned in error, found , have system files visible. i've not called tech support yet, hoping avoid that. if looks familiar anyone, i'm listening intently! :) here 2 links snaps of install window , fatal exception window, bit blurred, sorry.

please remove adobe air , adobe media player before installing. create separate entries in "add or remove programs" list , need removed manually. there known condition, older versions of air prevent successful install. can exclude such components (air, amp, drive, acrobat.com) choosing custom install. should work.

missing filename after '-o'
