Batch Assign missing Profile - Adobe RGB

is there way batch assign missing profile?
each time images opened have assign missing profile manually - , save manually tho' image has been worked on in adobe rgb. makes working 100's of images very slow! on mac os x version 10.3.9. forward advice.

you create action (recording assign profile-procedure) , create droplet or apply via file automate batch.
and importantly dont forget embed profile on saving!

missing filename after '-o'
