How to install 2 languages ?

hi,

i'm looking way install , switch between 2 languages in photoshop (english , french), think may possible because of see here:

to see go edit > preferences > interface.

my problem no matter (even installing english photoshop on it) have french under "ui language".

please let me know how that.

languages tied serial number of cs4. if have french serial, not able choose other language. @ least that's i've been told should know... unless have valid serial other languages, not work, i'm afraid. maybe should call support verify.
