Intuos3 pen tip acts like right click in Photohop CS4

i have intuos3 5 wide. works great in various applications under windows vista 32bit , latest drivers.
i'm using normal logitech mouse set left-handed because use mouse left hand. intuos pen set default right handed.
so far no problems except photoshop cs4.

in cs4 pen tip acts right click. can draw or click when keep de lower button on pen pressed down. eraser same, showing context menu).
i tried reverse pen functions , mouse handedness photoshop didn't work right way. can assign right click tip can draw , click should be. cannot eraser i'm not satisfied workaround.

i have problem in photoshop cs4 only. not in lightroom or bridge (or other non adobe programs). can me problem?

Using phone battery to power a plane.
