Photoshop CS4 installation path problem

i having installation problem after restore pc, have install before window restore. after install doesnt work @ all.

it set installation path common files folder, have try uninstall , reinstall still cannot modify installation path.
please tell me how fix it?

apart photoshop cs4 , adobe products have on system ?
uninstalling ps cs4 add/remove programs , doing fresh install solve problem facing.
