Problem with Arduino Micro

i using fingerprint sensor (gt-511c3)....
the first example of fps_blink works arduino uno same doesn't works arduino micro.

please help, suggestions why happening ?
the circuit used correct works uno not micro...

hi, after updating arduino 1.6.10 when compiling same code obtain error code: [select] settime' not declared in scope how can fix it? quote how can fix it? don't call functions aren't defined. post code (all of it) , exact error message(s).
