Thread: XSane Color Split

we installed sane , xsane on wife's computer running ubuntu 9.10. we're operating epson perfection 1260 scanner.

scanner detected , runs no problems. output unusable.

in every scan, there split lengthwise down image. left half has green bias , right half has red bias. nothing have tried seems changing this. don't know if it's scanner or software. has experienced before?

the same happens here. right half of page gray-shaded.

missing filename after '-o'
