Importing Actions Palette in CS4

i've got quite little problem.<br />when  computer last crashed, had reinstall entire os. because had reinstall anyway, decided switch cs4.<br /><br />a few days later, found out didn't have backup of photoshop data. actions, styles, patterns etc seemed lost.<br />after digging managed recover cs2 settings folder ("c:\documents , settings\<username>\application data\adobe\photoshop\9.0\adobe photoshop cs2 settings").<br /><br />now i've got bunch of .psp files, can find no way import them cs4. replacing cs4 files not best way solve this, because way i'll lose current settings.<br /><br />has idea how this?<br /><br />original ps version: cs2<br />current ps version: cs4

missing filename after '-o'
