Thread: Cannot Mount secondary HDD

when attempting open secondary (ide) hard drive, says

unable mount <name> | authentication required
i try go "computer" location , "open administrator", following message:

unable determine program run. item selected cannot run administrator powers, because correct application cannot determined
so tell open "open folder", gives same result. did searching, , user had similar problem, , suggested run ntfsfix, did. no dice. here results of fdisk -l command:

the main drive sata 500gb, os installed on. it's working fine. drive i'm having hard time getting 200gb ide drive. it's being detected bios, not mounted in ubuntu.

running fine yesterday, nothing today. takers?

i able fix problem using pysdm.
