Error message: File is not compatible with this version of Photoshop

when try , reopen psd file have created, message "could not complete request because file not compatible version of photoshop"

used on occasional files using cs2, have started getting on cs3 files. way round redo work!

am using photoshop cs3, v.10 on g5, osx 10.4.11. connected pc network.

are opening/saving on network? should working locally.

have tried resetting (trashing) preferences per faqs?

hi, after updating arduino 1.6.10 when compiling same code obtain error code: [select] settime' not declared in scope how can fix it? quote how can fix it? don't call functions aren't defined. post code (all of it) , exact error message(s).
