"image resize" in CS3?

hi,

i have resize printing , have, in past photoshop editions, have been able lean on "image resize" (found in menu) this. can't find anywhere in cs3, however. still around? hiding? i've tried resizing larger in save web/devices area. i've tried resizing in image size area, in both cases gets pixelated. "image resize" still around?

not sure i'm following you.

is image --> image size... you're looking for?

but, exception of reducing file 1/3 or more in size, can't resize web image (i.e., low resolution web page image) , have suitable print.

missing filename after '-o'
