Transferring Actions Palette.psp to new CS3 location doesn't bring up my old actions!

transferring actions palette.psp new cs3 location doesn't bring old actions! hmm...am missing something? saved old version of .psp file. can't replace file rather go route of exporting every action folder , importing them individually?

but when restart photoshop cs3, old actions don't appear. :(

what think? advice please! don't want long way if possible....

missing filename after '-o'
