Thread: can i change the ubuntu distro that i duel boot with xp?

i have duel booted ubuntu
, find regardless of minimum requirements though told met them still slow on machine 256mb ram , 1.3ghz pentium can install faster version
or distro puppy or damn small linux
maybe debian?
plz want happy linux on machine!

you'd want looking xubuntu http://www.xubuntu.org/get it's lower ram'd machines.
