Vary optimization based on a mask - in CS4?

i use "vary optimization based on mask" when saving jpegs web. in cs3 option small round button right of jpg quality drop down. it's in cs3 manual under topic "vary optimization based on mask".

usage: http://www.websiteoptimization.com/speed/tweak/weighted/

can confirm has been moved in cs4 or whether has been removed completely?

i've got bad feeling one!

well, may right mentioned in cs3 files, totally absent in cs4 help.
