is operation takes time less nop can give delay of 1ns. want use calculate time in pure nanoseconds required execution of particular process or sketch. want implement in laser range finder if knows answer please tell me.  ::)  ::)  ::) 

not possible. 16mhz crystal or resonator, best can hope 1 clock cycle - 62.5ns.
