Problem printing in Photoshop CS4

i installed pscs4 , having problem printing. printing networked printer , cs4 seems it's printing fine (no errors) nothing's coming out. so, opened cs3, tried printing , works perfectly. tried other programs (excel, word, entourage, browsers, etc.) , none of them seem having problem thinking it's cs4. below printer specs:

printer: xerox workcentre 7345
protocol: lpd
driver version: 10.4
ppd file version: 1.0

any ideas?

do have latest driver printer installed? did try trash , reinstall it? driver selected in both page setup... , print... menues?
