Conversion to hexadecimal character

hi guys ,
quisera convert hexadecimal comes in ascii , ie block in series sees aparerecer monitor hexadecimal code , displayed name.
i'm trying find way not know if there function realize such instruction.

probably best show have far, can propose best approach based on context / data exists.

e.g. if in char[] array, break each byte apart high , low nybbles - asciiize it...!
