What is the relation between photoshop cs4 and atkogl32.dll?

hi.
some times -not always- photoshop cs4 extended edition, crash.
however, if disable opengl function, photoshop works perfectly.
of course: have date graphic card drives.

every crash, appears magic word:atkogl32.dll.
uncle google says atkogl32.dll relating asus.

could please me?

my graphic card: asus eax1650xt (256mb).
mobo: asus p5w dh deluxe.
os: windows xp professional edition service pack 2.
processor: core 2 duo e6320.

they work good.

ps cs4 amazing program. opens in 3.4 seconds.
of course: faster cs2...
