popup/newPage without template around it (no menus etc) only a clean content - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

1) first using facileforms read recordset database. have many columns display in middle of joomla template. wanted rid of template , display recordset in facileforms on blank page(no template, menus etc) table recordset seen.

2) found no solution 1) made own php page read database. added link-url on user menu

problem 2) want page accessed users, right no body if knew url page, open it. eventhough put access-level joomla special. kind of works on menu item only, not page. 

does know how solve problem 2) ?

or there solution 1) ? (creating popup/newblankpage of component wihtout joomla template sourrounded)
