Atmel vs Atmega problem...

hi,


i bought few uno boards cheaper 'atmel' chip , noticed standard relay boards i've used in past not work on uno board (knockoffs) chip. noticed power indicator led on relay board dim , relays not respond @ all. vin , 5v lines measure fine on uno board voltmeter. i've tried powering uno board directly computer usb port , 2amp usb charger neither correct problem. have experience problem or know solution besides returning cheap-o boards?

missing filename after '-o'
