i've put flash insert opens read me ...  have configured object height 100px flash start button appears without scrolling , on click page opens reveal full 1st page of document. works fine in ffox. in ie6 , ie7 (on xp), although 100px high box document opens straight away. want start button appear. knows why happening , possible cure?

other small thing, why hover text use address , not title (more elegant)?
