Photoshop CS3 Ext Versus Vista Ultimate: Crash (App Crash)

was searching around solution unable find actually. went ahead , made topic in hopes of getting answer perhaps. had installed pshop cs3 extended , alienskin bundle on windows vista ultimate.

everything starts fine, when start new document program error , can't complete. try again, , info below when asks check solution , close occurs when second time try , access in file or so. occurs when try , open file instead of new document start up.

i using hp pavilion laptop dv5220us.

basically, can't start new document or open 1 or without error popping up.
