Brain-machine interface as a display.

i have been looking @ possible human sensory expansion (http://www.michaeljohngrist.com/2008/10/cyborgization-extra-senses/ read on topic) , wanted make prototype of myself. easy thing make device vibration motors (https://www.sparkfun.com/products/8449) work inputs human. wanted try audio or video. wondered if had suggestions of how this. composite video has voltage of 0v-~1.1v , small vibration motors have seen 2v-3v , not have enough current fast signal use microcontroller processing (and/or connecting h bridge). hdmi low current motor (not looking @ voltage) , high speed microcontroller (it might able control h bridge directly require lot of h bridges). audio possibility made coil don't know voltages used. video preferable more interesting (ir/night vision cameras etc.) , easier block vision learning see through camera blocking out sound.

what?

you seem have mixed concepts of data (hdmi , video cables) concept of power (spinning motors.)

try asking question again, in different way.
