can't get noobs loaded on sd card - Raspberry Pi Forums

hello, know had been ask before, cant find on this. can't noobs load . use sdformatter on sd card, down load zip file open up, high light of them , drag sd card . when check sd card 3 or 4 drives ( e, f,g, , h) when put card in raspberry both lights on. have b+ , have tried 4 or 5 sdcards , have 3 of b+ box. ieven tried loaded osmc.
thank help.....
