CS4 Save for Web Annoyance

i installed ps cs4 , found save web feature added annoying. every time select dialog box pops saying "are sure want erase save web preferences". have click don't erase or erase , opens save web panel. there no button on dialog box saying don't show again. so, how heck disable thing? it's incredibly annoying. haven't been able find option in prefs or in save web panel.

sounds corrupted preferences somewhere. i've never seen that.
