Lost my dock and file menus

i hate when mis-type , hit causes reaction can't undo. working in photoshop cs3 , meant type "front" , may have pushed cmd or option key it. not sure, have black pasteboard , cannot access dock or file menus; have disappeared. have programs broken in segments browser, can photoshop window regular layout. button push?

ok, so, figured out how screen normal. had pushed fn key "r". cursor blinking , can draw box or use marquis tool. did now?
