I need help moving Joomla from example.com to example.com/joomla - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

until can work out kinks 1.5, decided move joomla 1.5 subdirectory off root of domain.

from example.com ---------> example.com/joomla

my site comes fine, when attempt access example.com/joomla/administrator 404 file not found error message.  files there, , can verify ftp client.  checked configuration file looking see if needed change path, didn't see obvious.

what need let joomla installation know moved files new location?
