(you cannot use product @ time. must repair problem unistalling , reinstalling product or contacting ir administrator or adobe customer support help.)

the drections sound pretty clear me--ir admin or adobe customer service.

these forums comprise neither, there "contact adobe" link @ top of every page on adobe website.
