Photoshop CS3 crashes all the time - Please help!

hello

i didn't find answer in forum.

i work photoshop cs3 version 10.0.1. on mac powerbook 10.4.11.

photoshop quits time, no work possible anymore. quits when want open file or when want safe new file (message ps unexpectedly quite).

the trouble (maybe - not sure) may started after updated adobe program. there messages popping not updated properly.

anyway reinstalled photoshop 3 times , cs3 2 times , last time run clean program well. no change.

please help! thank much.
