Santa's model house, WIFI controlled LED lights in rooms + music control

hi! new arduino, , absolutely clear need guidance project. don't know start, board(s) buy , how set them need.

so i've made approximately 50cm x 30cm x 30 cm model house, use christmas decoration. it's cool kids. last christmas, had simple powered led strips in there, it's not looking neat want. here's functionality looking for:

a circuit each room, can turn each circuit on/off phone app or web interface, , change led color each of circuits.

- bedroom 1: 2 leds
- bedroom 2: 2 leds
- living room circuit 1: led simulating tv
- living room circuit 2: 3 leds wall lamps
- living room circuit 3: 1 led inside stove.
- entrance: wall lamp outside of entrance door
- outside: 10 small lamps along entrance path house. (i have 10 cm space each side on base plate i've made nice path, bushes , snow.

additionally, i'd have option control circuits same music, if put on christmas song, lights dim according music. want dim leds music current color, not randomly change color music input.
the color each circuit should locked chosen color web interface/app. if stove burning color red, color when playing music red time, dimming intensity.

i eager started project.
what boards need achieve want? thank you!

what software experience ?

it easier use larger board mega control individual things.

but board can control serial led's

sketch out floor plan, mark want  led's count.
anything else?  outside lights ?

get total of things want control.  starting point control board.
