Thread: Radeon X1800 driver and openGL

hi,

on karmic 9.10, using default open source drivers. problem drivers detects graphic card r300 (i 9xxx series) gpu, when should r520 (x1xxx series). because of that, can't run applications require opengl 2, because r300 supports 1.5.

i had problem since 8.10, hoping fixed on next distributions, hasn't.

can me please?

the mesa r300 driver covers r300-r500 cards. nothing wrong there.

i can't run applications require opengl 2
you , else running open-source ati. it's coming, though. (gallium3d)

missing filename after '-o'
