Window hidden under toolbar

is there way make photoshop stop hiding top left corner of images under toolbar, when toolbar parked default @ top left of workspace? if not, there way suggest adobe fix this, don't have move each , every window when need see entire image @ once? seem natural have photoshop smart enough know have side palette windows open , not put images under toolbars, palettes, etc. out there have same problems when zooming in , out on images?

hi, after updating arduino 1.6.10 when compiling same code obtain error code: [select] settime' not declared in scope how can fix it? quote how can fix it? don't call functions aren't defined. post code (all of it) , exact error message(s).
